Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. Refunds will be issued to the payment account within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, after that you payment will be returned to your payment account within 3-5 business days . However, the product must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags and original packaging attached. Please note that if the product cannot be resold, we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange. 

Return or Exchange for Received Products
If there are quality issues with the product, you can return or exchange it free of charge within 14 days. Please contact us for the return address. We will process the refund or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. For personal reasons such as size, color, style, or material preferences, we also offer refunds or exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the customer chooses to keep the product, we can offer a low-cost discount for a new order.

Return or Exchange for Undelivered Products
If your item has not been delivered, please first check the status of your shipment. If the package is stuck in customs, the buyer is responsible for contacting customs to arrange clearance. If the shipping status is delayed for an extended period, we recommend contacting the local courier company for assistance, and we will also work with our shipping agent to resolve the issue.
If delivery failure occurs due to buyer error or refusal to accept the package, we are not responsible. However, if the error occurs on our end or if the package is lost, we will resend the package or assist the courier company in resolving the issue.
